یہ معزز ایوان، مرکزی حکومت سے مطالبہ کرتا ہے کہ بنکوں میں عوام کی جمع رقومات پر بنکوں کو کم از کم منافع افراط زر کی سالانہ شرح سے 2% زائد سالانہ دینے کا پابند کیا جائے اور بنکوں کا عوام کش (Cartel) ختم کرایا جائے۔ |

یہ ایوان صوبائی حکومت سے اس امر کی سفارش کرتا ہے کہ صوبائی دارالحکومت میں سرکاری رہائش گاہیں محکمہ S&GAD (Welfare wing) الاٹمنٹ پالیسی کے مطابق سول سیکرٹریٹ، لاہور ہائی کورٹ اور صوبائی اسمبلی پنجاب کے سرکاری ملازمین کو الاٹ کرتا ہے۔ سرکاری رہائش گاہوں کی تعداد انتہائی قلیل ہونے کے باعث ہزاروں ملازمین اپنی آدھی سے زیادہ تنخواہ پر مہنگائی کے تناسب سے بڑھے ہوئے کرائے/مہنگے گھروں پر رہنے پر مجبور ہیں۔ جبکہ حکومت پنجاب کی طرف سے ملنے والا ہاؤس رینٹ ناکافی ہے۔ جس سے پرائیویٹ رہائش نہیں ملتی۔سرکاری رہائش گاہوں کے حصول کیلئے الاٹمنٹ کروانے کے /Load پریشر کو کم کرنے کیلئے ضروری ہے کہ صوبائی دارالحکومت لاہور میں پہلے مرحلہ پر سول سیکرٹریٹ، لاہور ہائی کورٹ اور صوبائی اسمبلی پنجاب کے سرکاری ملازمین کو ہاؤس ریکوزیشن کی سہولت دی جائے۔ جیسا کہ پنجاب یونیورسٹی پہلے ہی اپنے ملازمین کو ہاؤس ریکوزیشن کی سہولت دے رہی ہے۔صوبائی دارالحکومت لاہور میں سول سیکرٹریٹ، لاہور ہائی کورٹ اور صوبائی اسمبلی پنجاب کے ملازمین کوہاؤس ریکوزیشن ملنے سے محکمہ S&GAD ریلیف محسوس کرے گا۔ نیز محکمہ خزانہ کے اوپر کم سے کم مالی بوجھ پڑے گا۔ |

یہ ایوان صوبائی حکومت سے اس امر کی سفارش کرتا ہے کہ فلم انڈسٹری سمیت TV`سٹیج اور دیگر فن کے شعبہ سے وابستہ افراد کیلئے "آرٹسٹ ہاؤسنگ کالونی" کے قیام کیلئے اہتمام کرے۔ |

Deputy Speaker Provincial Assembly of the Punjab, Rana Mashhood Ahmad Khan assumed the Chair and proceedings commenced with recitation of verses from the Holy Qur’an followed by its Urdu translation by Qari Syed Sadaqat Ali. Muhammad Afzal Noshai presented Naat-e-Rasool-e-Maqbool (PBUH).
Questions Hour: −
Questions relating to Forestry, Environment Protection and Tourism departments were asked and Minister for Special Education, Malik Muhammad Iqbal Channer holding additional charge of Food and Minister for Prisons holding additional charge of Environment Protection and Tourism, Ch. Abdul Ghafoor answered the questions.
Privilege Motions:-
Ten Privilege motions were taken up. The motion moved by Lt. Col (R) Muhammad Shabbir Awan regarding misbehavior of CPO Rawalpindi was pended till tomorrow. Motion moved by Mr. Sardar Shehzad Rasool Khan regarding misconduct of DDO(R) Tehsil Ali Pur District Muzaffargarh, Wajid Shah was pended as the mover was not present. Motion moved by Mr. Malik Muhammad Javed Iqbal Awan regarding misbehavior of D.O Agriculture, Munawar Hussain Bhukhari was pended as the mover was not present. The motion moved by Rai Farooq Umer Khan Kharral regarding misbehavior of DPO Okara was disposed of as the mover was absent. Motion moved by Mr. Muhammad Mohsin Khan Leghari regarding misbehavior of DCO Dera Ghazi Khan, Captain Asadullah Khan was pended as the mover was not present. Motion moved by Ch. Two Adjournment motions were moved by Sheikh Ala ud Din regarding installing tracker system in all motorcars and motorcycles in Punjab keeping them safe from snatching and their smuggling to Afghanistan, was pended till next session. Motion regarding registering fake FIR against Administrator of Health Care, Rana Mukhtar and his son by Cosmopolitan Club administration, was pended till Friday.
Adjournment motion moved by Ms. Azma Zahid Bukhari regarding a newspaper report about fake trading companies looting innocent people in the name of lottery was pended till Thursday.

The motion moved by Mr. Muhammad Mohsin Khan Leghari regarding general discussion on Government Policy in the Health Department with particular reference to quacks responsible for spreading contagious diseases with reference to performance of enforcement staff was referred to the Business Advisory Committee.
