1. THE PUNJAB DAANISH SCHOOLS AND CENTERS OF EXCELLENCE AUTHORITY BILL 2009 (Bill No. 30 of 2009)
A MINISTER to introduce the Punjab Daanish Schools and Centers of Excellence Authority Bill 2009.
2. THE BANK OF PUNJAB (AMENDMENT) BILL 2009 (Bill No.8 of 2009)
A MINISTER to move that the Bank of Punjab (Amendment) Bill 2009, as recommended by the Standing Committee on Finance, be taken into consideration at once.
A MINISTER to move that the Bank of Punjab (Amendment) Bill 2009 be passed.
3. THE ALI INSTITUTE OF EDUCATION LAHORE BILL 2008 (Bill No.12 of 2008)
A MINISTER to move that a special order be made under rule 225(2) of the Rules of Procedure of the Provincial Assembly of the Punjab 1997, for the continuance of the Ali Institute of Education Bill 2008.
A MINISTER to move that the Ali Institute of Education Lahore Bill 2008, as recommended by the Standing Committee on Education, be taken into consideration at once.
A MINISTER to move that the Ali Institute of Education Lahore Bill 2008 be passed.
4. THE HITEC UNIVERSITY OF TAXILA BILL 2009 (Bill No.18 of 2009)
A MINISTER to move that the requirements of rule 95(3) of the Rules of Procedure of the Provincial Assembly of the Punjab 1997 and all other relevant provisions of rules ibid may be dispensed with under Rule 234 ibid, for consideration and passage of the HITEC University of Taxila Bill 2009.
A MINISTER to move that the HITEC University of Taxila Bill 2009, as recommended by the Standing Committee on Education, be taken into consideration at once.
A MINISTER to move that the HITEC University of Taxila Bill 2009 be passed.

Rana Muhammad Iqbal Khan, Speaker, assumed the Chair and the proceedings commenced with a recitation from the Holy Qur’an and its Urdu translation by Qari Abdul Ghaffar Shakir followed by Naat-e-Rasool-e-Maqbool (P.B.U.H.) by Mr. Sarwar Naqshbandi.
QUESTION HOUR
Questions relating to REVENUE AND COLONIES (BOARD OF REVENUE) DEPARTMENT were asked and answers were given by Minister for Revenue & Relief, Haji Muhammad Ishaq.
CALL ATTENTION NOTICES
Two Call Attention Notices were taken up. First Call Attention Notice was moved by Hafiz Muhammad Qamar Hayat Kathiya regarding Aerial firing by a barat procession which resulted in three causalities and injured many.
Other Call Attention Notice moved by Mr. Ali Haidar Noor Khan Niazi, regarding mal-practice of district Mianwali’s Police, in a case of kidnap for ransom.
The Notices were answered by Rana Sanaullah Khan, Minister for Law and Parliamentary Affairs
ADJOURNMENT MOTIONS
Eight Adjournment Motions were taken up.
Adjournment Motion of Mr. Shahan Malik regarding smuggling of narcotics and arms in his constituency PP-15, Adjournment Motion of Mr. Qaisar Iqbal Sindhu regarding frauds of property dealers in the Province, Adjournment Motion of Sheikh Ala ud Din contractor Mafia in Communication & Works Department and in Irrigation Department, Adjournment Motion of Sheikh Ala ud Din regarding rapid rise in the crimes of women trafficking in the Punjab and involvement of an organised gang in this heinous act and most of the women from Punjab are taken to the Middle East countries were pended.
Adjournment Motion of Mrs. Samina Khawar Hayat regarding 1,061 files of Johar Town Phase 1 & 2 lost by LDA officials was pended till Monday. November 09, 2009.
Adjournment Motion of Peer Walayat Shah Khagha regarding theft of animals from a Government Farm in Sahiwal District was pended till next session.
Adjournment Motions of Sheikh Ala ud Din regarding misuse of the liquor permits and malpractice of the officials of Excise Department and the other regarding LDA’s new commercial plan were disposed of.
Motions were answered by the Minister for Law and Parliamentary Affairs.

Rana Sanaullah Khan, Minister for Law and Parliamentary Affairs introduced the following Bill, which was referred to Standing Committee on Education to report upon until December 15, 2009.

On the Motion moved by Rana Sanaullah Khan, Minister for Law and Parliamentary Affairs the House passed the following Bill as recommended by the Standing Committee on Finance;
THE BANK OF PUNJAB (AMENDMENT) BILL 2009 (Bill No.8 of 2009)
On a Motion moved by Rana Sanaullah Khan, Minister for Law and Parliamentary Affairs, the House made a special order under Rule 225(2) of the Rules of Procedure of the Provincial Assembly of the Punjab 1997, for the continuance of the Ali Institute of Education Bill 2008.
The House passed the following Bill as recommended by the Standing
Committee on Education.

On a Motion moved by Rana Sanaullah Khan, Minister for Law and Parliamentary Affairs, the House dispensed with the requirements of rule 95(3) of the Rules of Procedure of the Provincial Assembly of the Punjab 1997 and other relevant provisions of rules ibid under Rule 234 ibid, for consideration and passage of the following Bill and the Bill was passed by the House, as recommended by the Standing Committee on Education.
