یہ ایوان حکومت سے مطالبہ کرتا ہے کہ ڈاکٹرز اور اساتذہ کو دوران ڈیوٹی، سرکاری فرائض بطور طریق احسن انجام دینے کیلئے ہر قسم کا تحفظ، اعتماد اور ماحول دیا جائے۔ اگر کوئی فرد/افراد ڈاکٹرز اور اساتذہ کو دوران ڈیوٹی ہراساں کرتا ہے، ڈراتا ہے، دھمکاتا ہے یا ان پر حملہ کرنے کی کوشش کرتا ہے یا تشدد کرتا ہے تو اس کے خلاف فوری کارروائی کا اہتمام کیا جائے۔

اس ایوان کی رائے ہے کہ آئندہ صوبہ پنجاب کے اندر بننے والے شہروں اور قصبوں کے bypasses کو Limited Access Road کے طور پر Declare کیا جائے اور ان کو Commercialize نہ کیا جائے۔ نیز جو bypasses بن چکے ہیں ان کے ساتھ ساتھ 220فٹ تک کسی قسم کی عمارت بنانے کی اجازت نہ دی جائے تاکہ bypasses پر ٹریفک کے Smooth flow کو یقینی بنایا جا سکے۔

اس ایوان کی رائے ہے کہ تحصیل ہیڈ کوارٹر بورے والا شہر میں گردوں کے مفت علاج کیلئے ڈائلسیز سنٹر قائم کیا جائے تاکہ بورے والا کے ایسے مریضوں کو علاج کی سہولت میسر آ سکے جو ڈائلسیز کی سہولت نہ ہونے کے باعث مارے مارے پھرتے ہیں اور ان میں سے اکثر علاج کروانے کی سکت نہ رکھنے کے باعث انتقال کر جاتے ہیں۔

Rana Muhammad Iqbal Khan, Speaker, assumed the Chair and proceedings commenced with a recitation from the Holy Qur’an and its Urdu translation by Qari Muhammad Ali followed by Naat-e-Rasool-e-Maqbool (PBUH) by Mr. Akhtar Hussain Qurashi.

Resolution:-
The Resolution moved by Minister for Law and Parliamentary Affairs, after suspension of rules, regarding extradition of former military dictator Gen Pervez Musharraf to Pakistan through Interpol and his trial for committing high treason and violating the Constitution, was unanimously passed by the House.
"صوبائی اسمبلی پنجاب کا یہ نمائندہ ایوان آج 12۔اکتوبر کی مناسبت سے آج ہی کے دن 1999 میں جمہوریت کے خاتمے اور آمریت کے سیاہ دور کے آغاز کو پاکستان کی تاریخ کا بدترین سانحہ قرار دیتا ہے۔ یہ ایوان وفاقی حکومت سے مطالبہ کرتا ہے کہ آئین کی پامالی اور غداری کے مرتکب ڈکٹیٹر پرویزمشرف کوانٹرپول کے ذریعے فوری طور پر وطن واپس لا کر مقدمہ چلایا جائے کیونکہ اس ڈکٹیٹر نے ماضی میں آئین، ریاست اور عوام کے خلاف سنگین جرائم کا ارتکاب کیا اوراب وہ بیرون ملک پاکستان کی قومی سلامتی سے منافی بیان دے کر ملکی مفادات کو ناقابل تلافی نقصان پہنچا رہا ہے۔ "

Five motions moved by Mrs. Samina Khawar Hayat one regarding brutal killing of two brothers in Sialkot, motion regarding increasing examinations fees by Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education, motion regarding lack of computerized record of the patients visit Emergency in the public Hospitals, motion regarding delay in formation of Bait-ul-Maal committees in the province and her last motion regarding renovation of public schools by the Education department in Lahore, motion moved by Mr. Muhammad Mohsin Khan Leghari regarding newspaper report about allowing road, air and sea access to India and Afghanistan for business purpose, motion moved by Shaikh Allaud Din regarding illegal possession of land at Harapa, motion moved by Syed Hassan Murtaza regarding illegal selling of medicines provided by the government to the public hospitals, two motions moved by Rana Munawar Hussain alias Rana Munawar Ghous Khan one regarding pulling off Slime area, such as Sargodha from rotation program and other motion regarding establishing Operation and Maintenance Wing instead of Users Committee for smooth running of Rural water supply Schemes, two motions moved by Ch. Aamir Sultan Cheema one regarding non-completion of construction work at Sargodha and other motion regarding low quality of material used in the road construction at Sargodha, three motions moved by Mrs. Nighat Nasir Sheikh one regarding newspaper report about vacant posts of Assistant and Deputy Directors in Anti-corruption department, other motion regarding newspaper report about not releasing of funds of Social Welfare department and last motion regarding newspaper report about discontinuing free medicines at hospitals, were disposed of as their movers were not present.
Motion moved by Dr. Samia Amjad regarding newspaper report about charging additional fees of Rs. 450 for the degree award by the Intermediate and Secondary Education Board, motion moved by Mian Muhammad Rafiq regarding protest of Power looms workers for the increase of their daily wages, motion moved by Ch. Ali Asghar Manda regarding charging fees in the name of certificate fees by Lahore Board, motion moved by Seemal Kamran regarding security expenditures of I.G Punjab, Mr. Tariq Salim Dogar from Police Welfare Funds, were kept pending till next week. Motion moved by Syeda Majida Zaidi regarding newspaper report about University of Health Sciences, which has discontinued Master of Surgery, Doctor of Medicine and Master of Philosophy, motion moved by Mrs. Khadija Umar regarding newspaper report about increase of crime at Baghbanpura, Lahore, were disposed of.

1. The Resolution moved by Dr.Muhammad Ashraf Chohan regarding giving protection to doctors and teachers during their official duty, was kept pending till 19-10-10.
2. The Resolution moved by Seemal Kamran demanding the government to declare all newly-constructed bypasses a Limited Excess Road and to ban construction around any bypass, was kept pending till next Private Members Day.
3. The Resolution moved by Mian Muhammad Naveed Anjum regarding upgrading Dispensaries up to 15/20 beds hospitals located at Fatehgarh and Salamatpura was passed by the House.
4. The Resolution moved by Mrs. Khadija Umar regarding establishing Qur’an University for scientific research on the Holy Qur’an was unanimously passed by the House.
5. The Resolution moved by Syeda Majida Zaidi regarding allowing as Shalwar Kamiz school uniform instead of Pant Shirt in Public schools was disposed of.
6. The Resolution moved by Sardar Khalid Saleem Bhatti regarding provision of dialysis facility in Tehsil, Burewala, was passed by the House.
7. The Resolution moved by Mian Muhammad Shafiq demanding the Federal government to use Coal reservoir for producing electricity, was disposed of as the mover was not present.
