Rana Muhammad Iqbal Khan, Speaker, assumed the Chair and proceedings commenced with a recitation from the Holy Qur’an and its Urdu translation by Qari Muhammad Abdul Ghaffar Shakir followed by Naat-e-Rasool-e-Maqbool (PBUH) by Afzal Noshahi.
Question Hour: −
Questions relating to Services and General Administration Department were asked and Rana Sanaullah Khan, Minister for Law and Parliamentary Affairs, (holding additional charge) answered the questions.
Privilege Motions:-
Three Privilege Motions were taken up. The motion of Mr. Shah Rukh Malik regarding misbehavior of Baber Bakth Qurashi, DPO, Bahawalpur was referred to the Privilege Committee, motion moved by Qazi Ahmed Saeed about spreading of rumors against him by Malik Mumtaz Ahmed, DDO Water Management, Tehsil Liaquat Pur and other motion moved by Syed Muhammad Rafi-ul-Din Bukhari regarding misbehavior of Mr. Arif shah, SHO, Thana Qurashiwala, District Lodhran were kept pending till next session.
The motions were answered by Minister for Law and Parliamentary Affairs.

Mr. Muhammad Naeem Akhtar Khan Bhabha presented the reports of Standing Committee on Revenue, Relief and Consolidation before the House in respect of “The Trusts (Amendment) Bill 2011 (Bill No. 1 of 2011), “The Transfer of Property (Amendment) Bill 2011 (Bill No. 2 of 2011)” and “The Partition (Amendment) Bill 2011 (Bill No. 3 of 2011)”.
Mian Tariq Mehmood presented the reports of Standing Committee on Labour and Human Resource before the House in respect of “The Employment of Children (Amendment) Bill 2011 (Bill No. 4 of 2011) and “The Employment (record of Services)(Amendment) Bill 2011 (Bill No. 5 of 2011)”.
Mr. Tariq Mehmood Bajwa presented the reports of Standing Committee on Industries before the House in respect of “The Punjab Technical Education and Vocational Training Authority (Amendment) Bill 2011 (Bill No. 7 of 2011)”.
Mr. Ijaz Ahmed Khan presented the reports of Standing Committee on Education before the House in respect of “The Qarshi University Muridke Bill 2010 (Bill No. 24 of 2010)”.
Al-Haaj Muhammad Ilyas Chinioti presented the report of Standing Committee on Religious Affairs and Auqaf before the House in respect of “The Holy Quran (Printing and Recording) Bill 2011 (Bill No. 6 of 2011)”.
