A MINISTER to move that the Trusts (Amendment) Bill 2011, as recommended by Standing Committee on Revenue, Relief and Consolidation, be taken into consideration at once.

Rana Muhammad Iqbal Khan, Speaker, assumed the Chair and proceedings commenced with a recitation from the Holy Qur’an and its Urdu translation by Qari Muhammad Ali followed by Naat-e-Rasool-e-Maqbool (PBUH) by Mr. Akhtar Hussain Quraishi.

Questions relating to Communication and Works Department were asked and Malik Nadeem Kamran, Minister for Zakat & Ushr (holding additional charge) answered the questions.
Privilege Motions:-
Three Privilege Motions were taken up. The motion moved by Mr. Ejaz Ahmad Kahlon regarding misbehavior of TMO, Tehsil Sargodha, motion moved by Ch. Muhammad Tariq Gujjar regarding misbehavior of Shaukat Abbas, SSP, Investigation, Gujranwala, motion moved by Ch. Zaheer-ud-Din regarding arrest of Ch. Moonis Elahi MPA (PP-110) by FIA during Session without its intimation to the Speaker were kept pending till Thursday.
The Motions were answered by Minister for Law and Parliamentary Affairs.
At this stage, the quorum was pointed out and the House was adjourned till 10:00 am on Tuesday, March, 22, 2011.
