1. THE PUNJAB CONFERMENT OF PROPRIETARY RIGHTS ON OCCUPANCY TENANTS AND MUQARRARIDARS BILL 2011 (Bill No.11 of 2011)

A MINISTER to move that a special order be made under rule 225(2) of the Rules of Procedure of the Provincial Assembly of the Punjab 1997, for continuance of the Punjab Conferment of Proprietary Rights on Occupancy Tenants and Muqarraridars Bill 2011.

A MINISTER to move that the Punjab Conferment of Proprietary Rights on Occupancy Tenants and Muqarraridars Bill 2011, as recommended by Standing Committee on Revenue, Relief and Consolidation, be taken into consideration at once.

A MINISTER to move that the Punjab Conferment of Proprietary Rights on Occupancy Tenants and Muqarraridars Bill 2011 be passed.

2. THE HINDU DISPOSITION OF PROPERTY (AMENDMENT) BILL 2011 (Bill No.20 of 2011)

A MINISTER to move that a special order be made under rule 225(2) of the Rules of Procedure of the Provincial Assembly of the Punjab 1997, for continuance of the Hindu Disposition of Property (Amendment) Bill 2011.

A MINISTER to move that the Hindu Disposition of Property (Amendment) Bill 2011, as recommended by Standing Committee on Revenue, Relief and Consolidation, be taken into consideration at once.

A MINISTER to move that the Hindu Disposition of Property (Amendment) Bill 2011 be passed.

Rana Mashhood Ahmad Khan, acting Speaker, assumed the Chair and the proceedings commenced with a recitation from the Holy Qur’an and its Urdu translation followed by Naat-e-Rasool-e-Maqbool (PBUH).

Question Hour: −

Questions relating to Food Department were asked and answered by Mr. Muhammad Saeed Mughal, Parliamentary Secretary for Food.

Extension In Time Limit For Laying The Reports:-

On a Motion moved by Mr. Shahjahan Ahmad Bhatti, the House granted extension from 12^th July 2011 to 17^th February, 2012 to Public Accounts Committee II for laying its report on “Expenditures of Forest Department of Punjab Government for the year 2005-2006”.

On a Motion moved by Mian Shafi Muhammad, the House granted extension for one year from 28^th November 2011 to Public Accounts Committee I for laying its reports on “Expenditures of Punjab Government for the year 2000-2001, 2002-2003 and 2004-2005 and Report of Auditor General of Pakistan”.

Laying of Report:-

Mian Tariq Mehmood presented the reports of Standing Committee on Labour and Human Resource before the House in respect of:-

1. “The Punjab Industrial Commercial Employment (Standing Orders) (Amendment) Bill 2011 (Bill No. 38 of 2011)

2. The Punjab Maternity Benefit (Amendment) Bill 2011 (Bill No. 39 of 2011)

3. The Punjab Workers Children (Education) (Amendment) Bill 2011 (Bill No. 40 of 2011) and

4. The Punjab Bonded Labour System (Abolition) (Amendment) Bill 2011 (Bill No. 42of 2011)”.

Adjournment Motions:-

Three Adjournment Motions were moved by Mrs.‏ Samina Khawar Hayat, one regarding protests by the Lady Health Workers in Punjab for not disbursing four months’ salaries to them, second motion regarding accident occurred to an over loaded condemned conditioned School bus at Kot Ishaque, District Hafizabad resulted injury to forty students were disposed of and the last Motion regarding delay in the development of Tourist Resort project at Wagah border was kept pending till next week.

The Motions were answered by Malik Nadeem Kamran Minister for Zakat & Ushr.
