1. THE PUNJAB LOCAL GOVERNMENT (SECOND AMENDMENT) BILL 2011 (Bill No.45 of 2011)
A MINISTER to move that the Punjab Local Government (Second Amendment) Bill 2011, as recommended by Standing Committee on Local Government and Rural Development, be taken into consideration at once.
A MINISTER to move that the Punjab Local Government (Second Amendment) Bill 2011 be passed.
2. THE PUNJAB PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION (AMENDMENT) BILL 2011 (Bill No.51 of 2011)
A MINISTER to move that the Punjab Public Service Commission (Amendment) Bill 2011, as recommended by Standing Committee on Services and General Administration, be taken into consideration at once.
A MINISTER to move that the Punjab Public Service Commission (Amendment) Bill 2011 be passed.
3. THE PROVINCIAL MOTOR VEHICLES (AMENDMENT) BILL 2011 (Bill No.48 of 2011)

Rana Muhammad Iqbal Khan, Speaker, assumed the Chair and proceedings commenced with a recitation from the Holy Qur’an and its Urdu translation followed by Naat-e-Rasool-e-Maqbool (PBUH).
Question Hour:−
Questions relating to Prison Department were asked and answered Malik Muhammad Iqbal Channer, Minister for Prison.
Adjournment Motions:-
Nine Adjournment Motions were taken up. The Motion moved by Mr. Raja Shaukat Aziz Bhatti regarding forcefully acquiring and constructing Research center of ARID Agriculture University, Rawalpindi, the motion moved by Ms. Azma Zahid Bukhari regarding expiring of five people by the explosion of gas cylinder installed in a Van at Khurrianwala, the motion moved by Humaira Awais Shahid regarding syllabus taught in religious institutions need revision and Islamic ethics and other subjects should be preached, the two motions moved by Shaikh Allaud Din, one regarding loss of 130 very expensive and prestigiously historical cannons from Mal Khanna, District Jhang and other regarding fight between two student organizations at Punjab university, where number of students got injured and the motion moved by Mrs Amna Ulfat regarding Girls Primary school, Tehsil Bhoana, District Chinniot at Wara village without teachers for the last eight months, were kept pending till next week. The motion moved by Mrs. Samina Khawar Hayat regarding non payment of five laks of rupees to the relatives of those who died due to Dengue fever, the motion moved by Ms. Sajida Mir regarding deputationist in Anti-Corruption Department of Lahore region acting as hurdle to complete inquiries pending against corrupt officers of the said department and the last motion of Muhammad Hafeez Akhtar Ch regarding X-Ray and Ultrasound machines installed at Government Filter Hospital, Wahdat road, Lahore are non-operational and non working of Pathology Laboratory to administrative and technical reasons were disposed of.
The Motions were answered by the Minister for Law and Parliamentary Affairs.

Ms. Ghazala Saad Rafique presented the report of Standing Committee on Education before the House in respect of “The Ghazi University, D.G Khan Bill 2011 (Bill No. 46 of 2011)”, before the House.

The Minister for Law & Parliamentary Affairs laid before the House the “REPORT ON BIANNUAL MONITORING ON THE IMPLEMENTATION OF 7th NFC AWARD (JULY – DECEMBER 2010)”.
Bills:-
The Minister for Law & Parliamentary Affairs introduced the following Bill which was referred to the Standing Committee on Environment Protection with the direction to submit its report up to 31st January, 2012.
