THE PUNJAB GOVERNMENT SERVANTS HOUSING FOUNDATION (SECOND AMENDMENT) BILL 2012 (Bill No. 11 of 2012)
A MINISTER to move that the message of the Governor in respect of the Punjab Government Servants Housing Foundation (Second Amendment) Bill 2012, as passed by the Assembly on 18 July 2012, be taken into consideration at once.
A MINISTER to move that the Punjab Government Servants Housing Foundation (Second Amendment) Bill 2012, as originally passed by the Assembly and returned by the Governor under Article 116(2)(b) of the Constitution, be reconsidered in the light of the message of the Governor.
A MINISTER to move that the Punjab Government Servants Housing Foundation (Second Amendment) Bill 2012, as originally passed by the Assembly be passed again.
(d) MOTION UNDER RULE 244-A
MOTION UNDER RULE 244-A OF THE RULES OF PROCEDURE OF THE PROVINCIAL ASSEMBLY OF THE PUNJAB 1997
A MINISTER to move that leave be granted to move the proposed amendment in sub-rule (1) of Rule 148 of the Rules of Procedure of the Provincial Assembly of the Punjab 1997.
A MINISTER to move that the proposed amendment in sub-rule (1) of Rule 148 of the Rules of Procedure of the Provincial Assembly of the Punjab 1997 be taken into consideration at once.

Rana Muhammad Iqbal Khan, Speaker, assumed the Chair and proceedings commenced with a recitation from the Holy Qur’an and its Urdu translation followed by Naat-e-Rasool-e-Maqbool (PBUH).
Feteha:-
The House offered Fateha on the sad demise of Sheikh Mohammad Bin Abdullah Al-Subayyel, former Imam Kaba.

Questions relating Higher Education Department were asked and answered by Rao Kashif Rahim Khan, Parliamentary Secretary for Higher Education.
At this stage, the quorum was pointed out and the House was then adjourned till 9:00 am on Friday, December, 21, 2012.
