MOTION UNDER RULE 127 OF THE RULES OF PROCEDURE OF PROVINCIAL ASSEMBLY OF THE PUNJAB, 1997.
A MINISTER to move that leave be granted to move a Resolution under Article 128(2)(a) of the Constitution for extension of the Punjab Free and Compulsory Education Ordinance 2014.
A MINISTER to move the following Resolution:-
RESOLUTION
“The Provincial Assembly of the Punjab extends the period of the Punjab Free and Compulsory Education Ordinance 2014 (V of 2014), promulgated on 13th May 2014, for a further period of ninety days with effect from 11th August 2014.”

LAYING OF THE SCHEDULE OF AUTHORIZED EXPENDITURE FOR THE YEAR 2014-2015
A MINISTER to lay the Schedule of Authorized Expenditure for the year 2014-2015.

A MINISTER to lay the Punjab Local Government (Amendment) Ordinance 2014.

A MINISTER to lay the Punjab Local Government (Amendment) Ordinance 2014.

A MINISTER to move that the Bab-e-Pakistan Foundation Bill 2014, as recommended by Standing Committee on Information, be taken into consideration at once.
A MINISTER to move that the Bab-e-Pakistan Foundation Bill 2014, be passed.
2. THE MANAGEMENT AND TRANSFER OF PROPERTIES BY DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITIES BILL 2014 (BILL No. 14 of 2014)
A MINISTER to move that the Management and Transfer of Properties by Development Authorities Bill 2014, as recommended by Standing Committee on Housing, Urban Development and Public Health Engineering, be taken into consideration at once.
A MINISTER to move that the Management and Transfer of Properties by Development Authorities Bill 2014, be passed.

Rana Muhammad Iqbal Khan, Speaker, assumed the Chair and proceedings commenced with a recitation from the Holy Qur’an and its Urdu translation followed by Naat-e-Rasool-e-Maqbool (PBUH).
Fateha:
The House offered fateha for the departed soul of Pir Shujaat Hussnian Qureshi ex MPA.
MOTION UNDER RULE 127 OF THE RULES OF PROCEDURE OF PROVINCIAL ASSEMBLY OF THE PUNJAB, 1997.
On a motion moved by Rana Mashhood Ahmed Khan Minister for Law & Parliamentary Affairs, the House granted leave to move the following Resolution under Article 128(2) (a) of the Constitution.

GOVERNMENT BUSINESS
On a motion moved by Minister for Finance and Excise & Taxation, Mian Mujtaba Shuja ur Rehman, the House considered and passed the Finance Bill 2014 (Bill No 18 of 2014).
(b) Minister for Finance and Excise & Taxation, Mian Mujtaba Shuja ur Rehman laid the Schedule of Authorized Expenditure for the year 2014-2015.
(c) Minister for Law & Parliamentary Affairs, Rana Mashhood Ahmad Khan laid the following Ordinances before the House which were referred to the concerned Standing Committees to report within two months:-
1. THE PUNJAB LOCAL GOVERNMENT (AMENDMENT) ORDINANCE 2014 (VI of 2014).
2. THE PUNJAB LOCAL GOVERNMENT (AMENDMENT) ORDINANCE 2014 (VII of 2014).
3. THE PUNJAB REGISTRATION OF GODOWNS ORDINANCE 2014 (VIII of 2014).
4. THE PUNJAB STRATEGIC COORDINATION ORDINANCE 2014 (IX of 2014).
5. THE PUNJAB OVERSEAS PAKISTANIS COMMISSION ORDINANCE 2014 (X of 2014).
(d) On a Motion moved by Minister for Law & Parliamentary Affairs, Rana Mashhood Ahmad Khan, the following Bills were considered and passed by the House, as recommended by the concerned Standing Committees:-

2. THE MANAGEMENT AND TRANSFER OF PROPERTIES BY DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITIES BILL 2014 (BILL No. 14 of 2014).
The House was then adjourned till 25 June 2014 at 10:00 am.
