1. THE PUNJAB PUBLIC REPRESENTATIVES’ LAWS (AMENDMENT) BILL 2016 (BILL No. 14 of 2016)
A MINISTER to move that the Punjab Public Representatives’ Laws (Amendment) Bill 2016, as recommended by Standing Committee on Law and Parliamentary Affairs, be taken into consideration at once.
A MINISTER to move that the Punjab Public Representatives’ Laws (Amendment) Bill 2016, be passed.
2. THE PUNJAB MATERNITY BENEFITS (AMENDMENT) BILL 2015 (BILL No. 26 of 2015)
A MINISTER to move that a special order be made under rule 225(2) of the Rules of Procedure of the Provincial Assembly of the Punjab 1997, for the continuance of the Punjab Maternity Benefits (Amendment) Bill 2015.
A MINISTER to move that the Punjab Maternity Benefits (Amendment) Bill 2015, as recommended by Standing Committee on Labour and Human Resource, be taken into consideration at once.
A MINISTER to move that the Punjab Maternity Benefits (Amendment) Bill 2015, be passed.

Rana Muhammad Iqbal Khan, Speaker, assumed the Chair and proceedings commenced with a recitation from the Holy Qur’an and its Urdu translation followed by Naat-e-Rasool-e-Maqbool (PBUH).
Question Hour
Questions relating to Home Department were asked and Mahar Ijaz Ahmad Achlana, Parliamentary Secretary for Home answered the questions.
Adjournment Motions
Two Adjournment Motions were taken up. The Motion moved by Mian Mehmood-ur-Rashid regarding artificial shortage of fertilizer in Lahore by storing it in the godowns of PASCO at Manga Mandi and the other Motion moved by Sardar Vickas Hassan Mokal that a number of illegal LPG filling stations are operational in the congested residential areas of Lahore despite ban imposed by the City District Government, were disposed of.
The Motions were answered by Ch. Nazar Hussain, Parliamentary Secretary for Law & Parliamentary Affairs.

Rana Sana Ullah Khan, Minister for Law & Parliamentary Affairs moved the following Bills, which were passed by the House:-
1. THE PUNJAB MATERNITY BENEFITS (AMENDMENT) BILL 2015 (BILL No. 26 of 2015); and
2. THE PUNJAB PUBLIC REPRESENTATIVES’ LAWS (AMENDMENT) BILL 2016 (BILL No. 14 of 2016).
The House was then adjourned till Monday, February 15, 2016 at 2:00 pm.
