1. THE DERA GHAZI KHAN DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY (REPEAL) BILL 2017 (BILL No. 20 of 2017)
A MINISTER to move that the Dera Ghazi Khan Development Authority (Repeal) Bill 2017, as recommended by Standing Committee on Housing, Urban Development and Public Health Engineering, be taken into consideration at once.
A MINISTER to move that the Dera Ghazi Khan Development Authority (Repeal) Bill 2017, be passed.
2. THE PUNJAB ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION (AMENDMENT) BILL 2017 (BILL No. 27 of 2017)
A MINISTER to move that the Punjab Environmental Protection (Amendment) Bill 2017, as recommended by Standing Committee on Environment Protection, be taken into consideration at once.

Question Hour
Questions relating to Housing, Urban Development & Public Health Engineering Department were asked and Syed Haroon Ahmed Sultan Bokhari, Minister for Housing, Urban Development & Public Health Engineering answered the questions.
Adjournment Motions
Three Adjournment Motions were taken up. The Motion moved by Ms. Saadia Sohail Rana regarding purchase of medicines worth approximately twelve billion rupees by Primary & Secondary Healthcare Department in violation of relevant rules, the Motion moved by Ms. Khadija Umar regarding filters of water coolers installed in Lahore Zoo have not been changed since long compelling visitors to drink contaminated water and the last Motion moved by Syed Abdul Aleem regarding five Union Councils comprising twenty three Mouzajat of Tehsil Rojhan District Rajanpur have been merged in District Rahim Yar Khan on the ground to curtail criminal activities in the area rather it will divide tribes and deprive Rajanpur of heavy revenue collection and massive development, were kept pending till next week by the Chair.
At this stage, quorum was pointed out. After ringing bells for five minutes quorum was completed and the proceedings resumed.

Introduction of Bill
Mr. Khalil Tahir Sandhu, Minister for Human Rights & Minorities Affairs introduced the Punjab Medical Supplies Authority Bill 2017 before the House, which was referred to the Standing Committee on Health with the direction to submit its report within two months.
