1.   RESOLUTION

            A MINISTER to move that the requirements of sub-rule (2) of Rule 115 of the Rules of Procedure of the Provincial Assembly of the Punjab 1997 may be suspended under Rule 234 ibid, for moving a Resolution.

            A MINISTER to move the following resolution:-

2.   THE PUNJAB HERITAGE FOUNDATION BILL 2004 (Bill No.32 of 2004)

            A MINISTER to move that the Punjab Heritage Foundation Bill, 2004, as recommended by Standing Committee on Culture & Youth Affairs, be taken into consideration at once.

            A MINISTER to move that the Punjab Heritage Foundation Bill 2004, be passed.

3.   THE PUNJAB CONSUMER PROTECTION BILL 2004 (Bill No.30 of 2004)

            A MINISTER to move that the Punjab Consumer Protection Bill, 2004, as recommended by Standing Committee on Industries, Commerce and Investment, be taken into consideration at once.

            A MINISTER to move that the Punjab Consumer Protection Bill 2004, be passed.
