Sardar Shaukat Hussain Mazari, Deputy Speaker, assumed the Chair and proceedings commenced with the recitation from the Holy Quran.
PRIVILEGE MOTIONS:-
Total five Privilege Motions were taken up. Out of which four Privilege Motions moved by Syed Ihsan Ullah Waqas, Malik Muhammad Iqbal Channar, Haji Mudassar Qayyum Nahra and Sardar Muhammad Amanullah were kept pending till 27-6-2006, the one moved by Malik Muhammad Iqbal Channar, was kept pending till 30-6-2006.
Privilege Motion moved by Mrs. Kanwal Naseem regarding misconduct of District Officer Zakat Lahore. The same was admitted by the Chair and referred to the Privilege Committee.
GENERAL DISCUSSION ON SUPPLEMENTARY BUDGET FOR THE YEAR 2005-06:-
General Discussion on Supplementary Budget for the year 2005-06 was opened by Rana Sana Ullah Khan. The following 11 members from the opposition benches and 9 members from the treasury benches participated in the discussion.
