(a) RESOLUTIONS

 

(i)

 

 

(ii)        A MINISTER to move that the Provincial Assembly of the Punjab apply for reinstatement of its membership in the Commonwealth Parliamentary Association, such membership to be effective immediately on approval of the application by the Executive Committee of the Commonwealth Parliamentary Association.

            That this Honourable House agrees to abide by the provisions of the Constitution of the Commonwealth Parliamentary Association.

            That the required membership fee be paid to the CPA; and

            That this resolution be communicated to the Secretariat of the Commonwealth Parliamentary Association immediately following passage.

 

(b) INTRODUCTION OF BILLS

 

1.         THE PUNJAB CONSUMER PROTECTION BILL 2004 (Bill No.30 of 2004)

 

            A MINISTER to introduce the Punjab Consumer Protection Bill 2004.

 

2.   THE UNIVERSITY OF SOUTH ASIA, LAHORE BILL 2004 (Bill No.31 of 2004)

 

            A MINISTER to introduce the University of South Asia, Lahore Bill 2004.

      APPROPRIATION AND FINANCE ACCOUNTS OF THE PUNJAB GOVERNMENT AND REPORT OF THE AUDITOR GENERAL OF THEREON FOR THE YEAR 2001-2002

 

            A MINISTER to lay the Finance Accounts, the Appropriation Accounts and the Report of the Auditor-General of thereon for the year 2001-2002.
