Applications are invited from eligible candidates domiciled in the Punjab, for recruitment to the vacant post mentioned below:-

(a)       Ph.D. in the relevant substantive disciplines i.e. Law, Political Science, International and Strategic Affairs, Development Economics, Library and Information Science, Business Administration or Public Administration, with 4-years proven professional/ research experience in the relevant field; or

(b)       M.Phil or LL.M degree or equivalent foreign qualification in the disciplines indicated at (a) with 8-years proven professional/research experience in the relevant field or 12 years working experience in any legislative/constitutional body; or

(c)       Post-graduate degree (first division) or equivalent foreign qualification in one or more of the disciplines indicated at (a) (except law) with 12-years proven professional/research experience in the relevant field.

NOTE: Preference will be given to those who also have knowledge of word processing, modern library practices, managing computerised information system, reputable publishing credits and knowledge and experience of speech writing.

Applications along with attested copies of the testimonials showing qualification, experience, age, domicile and national identity card should reach the undersigned by 29^th February 2012. Incomplete applications and applications received after due date shall not be considered. No extra time for postal transit shall be allowed. No TA/DA shall be given to the candidates called for test/interview.

Relaxation of Age: Five years relaxation in upper age limit is allowed across the board under the Government policy.
