Mahr Rabnawaz Lak son of Mr Abdul Rehman Lak was born on December 15, 1958 in Sargodha. He graduated from Government College Sargodha. An agriculturist, who served as Nazim Union Council during 2001-02; as Member, Provincial Assembly of the Punjab during 2002-07, and also functioned as Chairman Standing Committee on Labour and Human Resource during 2003-07. He resigned from the Assembly on October 3, 2007 as a protest against the presidential election of former President, General Pervez Musharraf along with his other party members. He has returned to the Punjab Assembly for the second consecutive term in general elections 2008.
