Ch Aamir Sultan Cheema son of Ch Anwar Ali Cheema was born on May 1, 1962 at Sargodha. He obtained the degree of LL.B. in 1989 from PunjabUniversityLawCollege, Lahore. He remained Member of Punjab Assembly during 1988-90, 1990-93, 1997-99 and 2002-07. He also functioned as Minister for Livestock and Dairy Development during 1990-93 and as Minister for Irrigation during 2003-07. A businessman, who has been elected as Member, Provincial Assembly of the Punjab for the fifth term in general elections 2008. He belongs to a renowned political family. His father has successively been elected as Member of National Assembly since 1985 and his wife, Mrs Tanzeela Aamir Cheema remained MNA during 2002-07.
