| Dr Ghazala Raza Rana wife of Dr Rashid Nawaz was born at Digree (Sind). She obtained the degree of MBBS in 1984 from Nawab Shah Medical College, Nawab Shah. She worked as Woman Medical Officer as well as did her private practice in rural areas for 10 to 15 years. She also served in Health Insurance Project in Sindh and Punjab and participated in different social welfare projects in the rural areas. A medical doctor, who has been elected as Member, Provincial Assembly of the Punjab in general elections 2008 against one of the seats reserved for women. | |||||||
