Chaudhry Muhammad Arshad son of Haji Wali Muhammad was born on April 20, 1970 at Chichawatni, District Sahiwal. He obtained the degree of LL.B. in 2001 from Baha-ud-Din Zakariya University, Multan. A businessman and an agriculturist, who served as Nazim, Union Council for nine months. He served as Member, Provincial Assembly of the Punjab duirng 2002-07; functioned as Chairman, Standing Committee on Education during 2003-07 and has returned to the Punjab Assembly for the second consecutive term in general elections 2008. He has visited Schengen States and UK.
