Mr Muhammad Afzaal Mirza, Advocate son of Mr Muhammad Idrees Mirza was born on October 10, 1945 at Ambala, India. He obtained the degree of LL.B. in 1970 from University of the Punjab, Lahore. A practising lawyer, who has been elected as Member Provincial Assembly of the Punjab in bye-election 2005 against the seat vacated by Malik Shoaib Awan who resigned from the membership of the Assembly having been elected Tehsil Nazim, Sargodha.
