Mian Ghulam Haider Bari son of Mian Ghulam Dastgir Bari was born on March 20, 1976 at Jaranwala, District Faisalabad. He obtained the degree of MBA in 2001 from the International University, Lahore. An agriculturist, who has been elected as Member Provincial Assembly of the Punjab in General Elections 2002, and is functioning as Chairman, Standing Committee on Information Technology since August 29, 2003. His grandfather, Mian Abdul Bari, served as Member, Punjab Legislative Assembly during 1951-55 and also remained Member National Assembly. His uncle, Major (Retd) Moin Bari, was Member National Assembly during 1977.
