Syed Muhammad Rafi-ud-Din Bukhari son of Syed Nasr-ud-Din Shah Bukhari was born on March 16, 1977 at Lodhran. He obtained the degree of LL.B. in 2003 from Baha-ud-Din Zakariya University Multan. An agriculturist, who has been elected as Member Provincial Assembly of the Punjab in General Elections 2002, and is serving as Chairman, Standing Committee on Industries, Commerce & Investment since August 29, 2003. His father remained Member District Council for eight years and his uncle, Syed Akbar Ali Shah, served as Member Provincial Assembly of the Punjab during 1993-96.
