Pir Mushtaq Ahmed Shah Khagga son of Pir Muhammad Abduallah Shah was born on October 1, 1953 at Mian Channu. He graduated in 1972 from F.C. College, Lahore. An agriculturist, who served as Member District Council Multan during 1983, and as Member District Council Khanewal during 1985. He has been elected Member Provincial Assembly of the Punjab in General Elections 2002. His cousin, Mr Muhammad Shah Khagga, is a sitting MNA; and his cousin, Mr Walayat Shah Khagga is a sitting MPA (PP-220).
