Mrs Nighat Zahoor wife of Mr Zahid Tauqir Azhar was born on March 13, 1959 at Sahiwal; and graduated from University of the Punjab Lahore. She is engaged in business; and has been elected as Member Provincial Assembly of the Punjab in General Elections 2002 against one of the seats reserved for women. She belongs to a political family of Narowal. Her brother-in-law, Mr Shahid Munir is Nazim Union Council; and her father-in-law Ch Muhammad Riaz is serving as Speaker, Tehsil Assembly and as Naib Nazim Tehsil Narowal.
