Ch Altaf Hussain son of Ch Taj Muhammad was born on May 1, 1974 at Fateh Pur, District Layyah. He obtained the degree of Shahadat-ul- Almia (MA) in 2001 from Jamia Arabia Bakhshia Naudero, District Larkana. An agriculturist and a businessman, who acted as General Councillor, Union Council No.22 for one year; has been elected as Member Provincial Assembly of the Punjab in General Elections 2002; and is functioning as Chairman, Standing Committee on Forestry & Fisheries since August 27, 2003.
