Mian Muhammad Aslam, Advocate son of Mian Noor Muhammad was born on April 1, 1952 at Khanpur, District Rahim Yar Khan. He obtained the degree of LL.B in 1971 from S.M.Law College, Karachi. A practising lawyer, who served as Councillor during 1979, 1987 and 1991; as Chairman Union Council during 1983; and as President, Bar Association Khanpur during 1982 and 1991-94. He has been elected as Member Provincial Assembly of the Punjab in General Elections 2002.
