Haji Qaiser Amin Butt son of Haji Muhammad Amin Butt was born on February 10, 1959 in Lahore; and graduated in 1983. A businessman, who served as Councillor MCL. during 1998-99, as Nazim Union Council No.9 during 2001-02, and as Town Nazim, Ravi Town, Lahore during 2002. He has been elected as Member Provincial Assembly of the Punjab in Bye-Elections 2003, against the seat vacated by Khawaja Saad Rafiq who took oath as MNA. Presently he is functioning as Advisor to Government of the Punjab since July 14, 2005.
