Ch Muhammad Mansha, son of Ch Sabir Ali, was born on March 2, 1966 in Lahore. He graduated in 1989. An agriculturist, who served as Chairman, Market Committee Kot Lakhpat, Lahore during 1993. He remained Member Provincial Assembly of the Punjab during 1993-96 and 1997-99; has been elected for the third term as Member Provincial Assembly of the Punjab in General Elections 2002, and is functioning as Advisor to Government of the Punjab since April 23, 2005.
