Personal Career & Interests

Dewan Ikhlaq Ahmed, son of Dewan Ishfaq Ahmed, was born on April 14, 1957. He obtained the degree of LL.B. in 1983 from University of the Punjab, Lahore. An agriculturist, who served as Member District Council, Okara during 1998-99 and as Nazim Union Council No.65 during 20012002. He has been elected as Member Provincial Assembly of the Punjab in General Elections 2002, and is serving as Parliamentary Secretary for Irrigation & Power since August 5, 2003.
