Dr Muhammad Javaid Siddiqui, son of Kh Aziz-ur-Rehman, was born on January 12, 1962 at Multan. He obtained the degree of M.B.B.S. in 1986 from Nishter Medical College, Multan. A businessman, who started his political career during college days where he was Secretary General of the students’ union. Later he served as Councillor, Municipal Corporation, Multan during 1985-91; and has been elected as Member Provincial Assembly of the Punjab in General Elections 2002 for the first time.
