Personal Career & Interests

Gp Capt (Retd) Mushtaq Ahmed Kiani, son of Mr Inayat Khan Kiani (late) was born on March 10, 1947 at Rawalpindi. He obtained the degree of B.Sc. (Hons) War Studies in 1988 from Karachi University and was awarded fellowship of Air War College. To his credit, he has over 30 years of distinguished service in Pakistan Air Force from 1965 to 1995 including active participation in both Indo-Pak wars of 1965 and 1971. He has been elected as Member Provincial Assembly of the Punjab in General Elections 2002. He worked as Minister for Public Health Engineering from November 24, 2003 to November 30, 2006. He is functioning as Minister for Management and Professional Development since December 1, 2006.
