1. ANNUAL REPORT OF INFRASTRUCTURE DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY OF THE PUNJAB FOR THE YEAR 2016
A MINISTER to lay the Annual Report of Infrastructure Development Authority of the Punjab for the year 2016.
2. ANNUAL REPORT OF PUNJAB PENSION FUND FOR THE YEAR 2017
A MINISTER to lay the Annual Report of Punjab Pension Fund for the year 2017.

Question Hour
Questions relating to Higher Education Department were asked and Ms. Mehwish Sultana, Parliamentary Secretary for Higher Education answered the questions.
Laying of Report
Mian Tariq Mehmood presented before the House the report of Public Accounts Committee-II in respect of “Report of Auditor General of Pakistan on the Expenditure of Government of the Punjab for the year 2011-12”.
Extension in Time Limit for Laying the Reports
On a Motion moved by Ms. Gulnaz Shahzadi, the House granted extension up to 31st May, 2018 to the Standing Committee on Services & General Administration for laying its reports in respect of the following: -
1. Starred Questions No.7108 and 7109 asked by Mian Tariq Mehmood, MPA (PP-113);
2. Starred Question No.7122 asked by Ms Raheela Anwar, MPA (W-357); and
3. Starred Question No.7124 asked by Dr Nausheen Hamid, MPA (W-356).
On a Motion moved by Ms. Shameela Aslam, the House granted extension up to 31st May, 2018 to the Standing Committee on Education for laying its reports in respect of the following: -
1. Adjournment Motion No. 1093; and
2. Starred Questions No. 7677, 9376, 9383, 3539, 7681, 4980, 7169 and 2588.
Adjournment Motions
Four Adjournment Motions were taken up. The Motion moved by Ms. Saadia Sohail Rana regarding non-utilization of 62% Education Annual Budget by the Punjab Government, the Motion moved by Dr Nausheen Hamid regarding appointment of favorite Professors on administrative posts by the Vice-Chancellor Punjab University violating merit, the Motion moved by Ms. Shunila Ruth that a fake convocation was held at Government Post Graduate College for Women, Wahdat Road, Lahore, by the College Principal and its administration, where Minister for Higher Education was invited and Rs.1500/- were received from each student in terms of registration and gown fee and the last Motion moved by Ms. Nabila Hakim Ali Khan regarding failure of Drug Regulatory Authority to register 99% companies selling illegal cosmetics in the market, were kept pending.
Government Business
Laying of Reports
Mahar Ijaz Ahmad Achlana, Minister for Disaster Management Department, laid the following reports before the House: -
1. Annual Report of Infrastructure Development Authority of the Punjab for the Year 2016; and
2. Annual Report of Punjab Pension Fund for the Year 2017.
The Chair read out the Prorogation Order of the Governor of the Punjab at 04:03 p.m. and the House was prorogued.
