Personal Career & Interests

Ch Aamir Sultan Cheema son of Ch Anwar Ali Cheema was born on May 1, 1962 at Sargodha. He graduated in 1986 from Government College, Sargodha. He remained Member of Punjab Assembly during 1988-90, 1990-93, 1997-99, 2002-07 and 2008-13. He also functioned as Minister for Livestock & Dairy Development during 1990-93 and as Minister for Irrigation during 2003-07. An agriculturist and a businessman, who was elected as Member, Provincial Assembly of the Punjab for the sixth term in general elections 2013. He belongs to a renowned political family. His father has successively been elected as Member of National Assembly since 1985 till 2013; and his wife, Mrs Tanzeela Aamir Cheema remained MNA during 2002-07 and 2011-13.
