Ch Abdul Razzaq Dhillon son of Haji Muhammad Saddique Dihillon was born on June 11, 1961 at Sargodha. He graduated in 1983 from University of the Punjab, Lahore. A businessman, who remained Member, Provincial Assembly of the Punjab during 2008-13 and served as Parliamentary Secretary for Local Government & Community Development. He has returned to the Punjab Assembly for the second consecutive term in general elections 2013 and is functioning as Chairman, Standing Committee on Local Government & Rural Development. He has travelled to Singapore, Thailand, Saudi Arabia and Canada.
