Engineer Bilal Ahmad Khar son of Malik Manzoor Ahmad Khar was born on June 6, 1974 at Muzaffargarh. He obtained the degree of B.Sc. (Engineering) in 2000. An agriculturist and an engineer, who served as Member, Provincial Assembly of the Punjab during 1993-96 and has returned to the Assembly for the second term in general elections 2008.
