Privilege Motion
Only one privilege motion was taken up. The motion moved by Mrs. Saba Sadiq regarding misbehavior of Executive Engineer, WAPDA, Township, (Mr Sajid Raza) was kept pending till 1st of July.
The motion was answered by Minister for Law and Parliamentary Affairs, Rana Sanaullah Khan.
Adjournment Motion
Nine adjournment motions were taken up. The motion moved by Mrs. Nighat Nasir Sheikh regarding newspaper about looting people by quacks spiritual healers was kept pending till Friday, motion moved by Mr. Muhammad Tariq Amin Hotyana regarding EDO(R), who illegally allowed some people to stay at Canal Rest House, Bahawalnagar as they were shown that they are member Task Force was kept pending till tomorrow, motion moved by Khawaja Muhammad Islam regarding increase of kidnapping activities in District Faisalabad, specially in Faisalabad was kept pending for two days, motion moved by Ch. Aamir Sultan Cheema regarding issuing of multiplication funds for up- gradation of three schools for District Sargodha from Finance Department and motion moved by Mian Muhammad Naveed Anjum regarding making more sub divisions of L.D.A, WASA for Mughalpura and Bagbanpura as their population has increased more than 200/300 percent were disposed of, motion moved by Mr. Tahir Iqbal Chaudhry regarding newspaper about assassination of Dr. Nazir Ahmad Mittu Dogar by Abdul Sattar Dogar and his colleagues was kept pending till tomorrow, motion moved by Sheikh Ala-ud-Din regarding corruption of property tax staff and sending them to those departments where there is no direct public dealing was kept pending till Wednesday, motion moved by Major (R) Abdul Rehman Rana regarding death of Shahmind son of Saaid cast Lurka by police torture was kept pending till tomorrow, motion moved by Mr. Muhammad Naeem Akhtar Khan regarding newspaper report about strike of students of Mathematics Department of Islamia University, Bahawalpur, for their demands and torturing them by university administration was kept pending till Wednesday.

Extension of the date of laying Reports:-
Dr. Asad Ashraf requested the House to extend the date up to 31st July, 2009 for the matter relating to an incident which took place on 1st January, 2009 at the residence of Dr. Asad Muazzam, MPA (PP-67), which was referred to Special Committee. The House approved the same.
