Rana Muhammad Iqbal Khan, Speaker, assumed the Chair and proceedings commenced with a recitation from the Holy Qur’an and its Urdu translation by Qari Muhammad Ali followed by Naat-e-Rasool-e-Maqbool (PBUH) by Mian Marghoob Ahmad Hamdani.
Privilege Motion:-
Only one Privilege Motion was taken up. The Motion moved by Mrs. Samina Khawar Hayat regarding misbehavior of Abdullah Ali Yousaf, SHO Factory Area, was pended for three days.
The Motion was answered by Rana Sanaullah Khan, Minister for Law and Parliamentary Affairs.
Extension in time for laying the reports:-
On a Motion moved by Ch. Ali Asghar Manda, the House granted extension in the time limit for 15th August 2010 for laying the report of The Punjab Irrigation & Drainage Authority (Amendment) Bill 2008 (Bill No. of 2008) moved by Mr. Muhammad Mohsin Khan Leghari, MPA (PP-245).
On a Motion moved by Mr. Muhammad Mohsin Khan Leghari, the House granted extension in the time limit for 31th August 2010 for laying the report of The amendment in the Punjab Prohibition of Private Money Lending Act 2007 (VI of 2007).

The general discussion on Annual Budget for the year 2010-2011 resumed on the fourth day. The following members participated in the discussion: - Dr. Samia Amjad, Ch.
