THE DISPOSAL OF LAND BY DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITIES (REGULATION) (AMENDMENT) BILL 2012 (Bill No. 10 of 2012)
A MINISTER to move that the Disposal of Land by Development Authorities (Regulation) (Amendment) Bill 2012, as recommended by the Standing Committee on Housing, Urban Development and Public Health Engineering, be taken into consideration at once.
A MINISTER to move that the Disposal of Land by Development Authorities (Regulation) (Amendment) Bill 2012 be passed.

Rana Muhammad Iqbal Khan, Speaker, assumed the Chair and proceedings commenced with a recitation from the Holy Qur’an and its Urdu translation followed by Naat-e-Rasool-e-Maqbool (PBUH).
Question Hour:-
Questions relating to Board of Revenue Department were asked and answered by Sardar Qaiser Abbas Khan Magassi, Parliamentary Secretary Board of Revenue Department.
At this stage, the quorum was pointed out and the House was then adjourned till 4:00 pm on Saturday, June, 9, 2012.
