THE PROVINCIAL MOTOR VEHICLES (AMENDMENT) BILL 2012
A MINISTER to move that the requirements of Rules 94 and 95 of the Rules of Procedure of the Provincial Assembly of the Punjab 1997 may be dispensed with under Rule 234 ibid, for immediate consideration of the Provincial Motor Vehicles (Amendment) Bill 2012.
A MINISTER to introduce the Provincial Motor Vehicles (Amendment) Bill 2012.
A MINISTER to move that the Provincial Motor Vehicles (Amendment) Bill 2012 be taken into consideration at once.
A MINISTER to move that the Provincial Motor Vehicles (Amendment) Bill 2012 be passed.
(d) CONSIDERATION AND PASSAGE OF BILLS
1. THE PUNJAB METROBUS AUTHORITY BILL 2012 (BILL NO. 27 of 2012)
A MINISTER to move that the Punjab Metrobus Authority Bill 2012, as recommended by the Standing Committee on Transport, be taken into consideration at once.
A MINISTER to move that the Punjab Metrobus Authority Bill 2012 be passed.
2. THE PUBLIC SECTOR UNIVERSITIES (AMENDMENT) BILL 2012 (BILL NO. 13 of 2012)
A MINISTER to move that the Public Sector Universities (Amendment) Bill 2012, as recommended by the Standing Committee on Education, be taken into consideration at once.
A MINISTER to move that the Public Sector Universities (Amendment) Bill 2012 be passed.
3. THE UNIVERSITY OF VETERINARY & ANIMAL SCIENCES, LAHORE (AMENDMENT) BILL 2012 (BILL NO. 15 of 2012)
A MINISTER to move that the University of Veterinary & Animal Sciences, Lahore (Amendment) Bill 2012, as recommended by the Standing Committee on Livestock and Dairy Development, be taken into consideration at once.

Rana Muhammad Iqbal Khan, Speaker, assumed the Chair and proceedings commenced with a recitation from the Holy Qur’an and its Urdu translation followed by Naat-e-Rasool-e-Maqbool (PBUH).
Resolution:-
Mr. Khalil Tahir Sindhu, Parliamentary Secretary for Law and Parliamentary Affairs moved a Resolution after the House Unanimously granted suspension of rules 40,42 and other rules of Rules of Procedure Provincial Assembly of the Punjab 1997 under Rule 234 for Discussion on Air Marshal (Retd) Muhammad Asghar Khan case.

GENERAL DISCUSSION ON AIR MARSHAL (RETD) MUHAMMAD ASGHAR KHAN CASE:-
Mr. Ch Shaukat Mahmood Basra, opened the debate on Air Marshal (Retd) Muhammad Asghar Khan case and denounced all those, who received funds from intelligence services in a bid to steal the mandate in 1990. The following members also participated in the discussion: Ch. Ehsan-ul-Haq Ahsan Nolatia, Dr. Samia Amjad, Ch. Abdul Ghafoor, Minister for P&D, Malik Muhammad Aamir Dogar, Mr. Khalil Tahir Sindhu, Dr. Muhammad Akhtar Malik, Mr. Muhammad Sana Ullah Khan Masti Khel and Mrs. Nargis Faiz Malik.
At this stage, the quorum was pointed out and the House was then adjourned till 10:00 am on Thursday, November, 8, 2012.
