1. ANNUAL BUDGET STATEMENT FOR THE YEAR 2013-2014
MINISTER FOR FINANCE to present the Annual Budget Statement for the year 2013-2014.
2. SUPPLEMENTARY BUDGET STATEMENT FOR THE YEAR 2012-2013
MINISTER FOR FINANCE to present the Supplementary Budget Statement for the year 2012-2013.
3. THE PUNJAB FINANCE BILL 2013
MINISTER FOR FINANCE to introduce the Punjab Finance Bill 2013.

Rana Muhammad Iqbal Khan, Speaker, assumed the Chair and proceedings commenced with a recitation from the Holy Qur’an and its Urdu translation followed by Naat-e-Rasool-e-Maqbool (PBUH).
Panel of Chairmen:-
Under Rule 13(1) of Rules of Procedure of Provincial Assembly of the Punjab 1997, the Senior Secretary Assembly announced the Panel of Chairmen in the following order:
1. Mian Naseer Ahmad (PP-155)
2. Mr. Muhammad Yaqub Nadeem Sethi (PP-175)
3. Mr. Muhammad Naeem Akhtar Khan Bhabha (PP-237)
4. Mrs. Faiza Ahmad Malik (W-362).
Oath:-
The member-elect Mr. Kanji Raam (NM-365) made an Oath as member of the Punjab Assembly and signed the Roll of Members. Mr. Speaker Administered the Oath.
Suspension of Rules:-
On a motion moved by Rana Sana Ullah Khan, Minister for Law & Parliamentary Affairs under Rule 234 of the Rules of Procedure of the Provincial Assembly of the Punjab, the House granted leave to suspend relevant rules of the Rules ibid, for taking up a Resolution.
Resolution:
Rana Sana Ullah Khan, Minister for Law & Parliamentary Affairs moved a Resolution condemning attacks on the Quaid-e-Azam Ziarat Residency and Sardar Bahadur Khan Women University and Bolan Medical complex Hospital and killing of Doctors and Nurses and Abdul Mansoor Khan Kakar, Deputy Commissioner Quetta was Unanimously passed by the House.
Fateha:-
The House offered fateha for the martyrs of Sardar Bahadur Khan Women University and staff of Bolan Medical Complex Hospital and also for Abdul Mansoor Khan Kakar, Deputy Commissioner Quetta killed in terrorist attacks.
GOVERNMENT BUSINESS:-
ANNUAL BUDGET STATEMENT FOR THE YEAR 2013-2014:-
Mian Mujtaba Shuja ur Rehman, Minister for Finance delivered his budget speech and presented the Annual Budget Statement for the Year 2013-14 with total fiscal outlay of about Rs.897.57 billion.
SUPPLEMENTARY BUDGET STATEMENT FOR THE YEAR 2012-2013:-
The Minister for Finance also presented the Supplementary Budget Statement for the year 2012-13.
THE PUNJAB FINANCE BILL 2013
The Minister for Finance introduced the Punjab Finance Bill 2013.
Laying of Rules:-
Minister for Finance laid the Rules of Punjab Sales Tax on Services Act, 2012 during the financial year 2012-13 in terms of Section 76(2) before the House.
The House was then adjourned till 20 June, 2013 at 10:00 am to initiate general discussion on the Annual Budget for the year 2013-14.
