A MINISTER to lay the Annual Activity Reports of the Parks and Horticulture Authority Faisalabad, Multan, Gujranwala, Lahore, Bahawalpur and Rawalpindi for the year 2015-16.

At this stage the Speaker adjourned the proceedings for ten minutes at 02:54 p.m. because Syed Haroon Ahmed Sultan Bokhari, Minister for Housing, Urban Development & Public Health Engineering had not yet arrived. The House resumed at 03:16 p.m.
Question Hour
Questions relating to Housing, Urban Development & Public Health Engineering Department were asked and Syed Haroon Ahmed Sultan Bokhari, Minister for Housing, Urban Development & Public Health Engineering answered the questions.
Call Attention Notices
Two Call Attention Notices were taken up. The Notice moved by Dr. Nausheen Hamid regarding assassination of Dr. Tanzeem Akbar Cheema, Professor, GC University during dacoity at Kalma Chowk, Lahore and the other Notice of Ch. Aamir Sultan Cheema regarding murder on resistance of eighty years old, Mr Saghir Ahmad during dacoity at Lahore, were kept pending till Thursday.
Adjournment Motions
Two Adjournment Motions were taken up. The Motion moved by Ms. Nabila Hakim Ali Khan regarding death of more than two hundred children due to the shortage of ventilators at Children Hospital nursery ward and 120 children left the hospital on “Leave Against Medical Advice” due to insufficient medical facilities and the other Motion moved by Dr. Murad Rass that twenty two schools in Lahore are running in the rented buildings, despite the fact that budget of Rs. 10 billion was allocated to Punjab Education Foundation which has been assigned the duty to establish public schools in Government owned buildings whereas, heavy amount is being spent on the payment of rent, were kept pending.
At this stage, the quorum was pointed out and the House was adjourned at 04:31 p.m. to meet on Tuesday, February 20, 2018 at 10:00 a.m.
