1.   RESOLUTIONS MENTIONED IN THE CONSTITUTION

            A MINISTER to move that the requirement of sub-rule (2) of Rule 127 of the Rules of Procedure of the Provincial Assembly of the Punjab 1997 be suspended under rule 234 ibid, for taking up the Resolution under clause (1) of Article 144 of the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan 1973.

            A MINISTER to move that leave be granted to move a Resolution under Article 144(1) of the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan 1973.

2.   THE GIFT UNIVERSITY GUJRANWALA BILL 2004 (Bill No.4 of 2004)

            A MINISTER to move that the requirements of Rules 95(3) of the Rules of Procedure of the Provincial Assembly of the Punjab 1997 may be suspended under Rule 234 ibid, for the immediate consideration of the Punjab Revision of Emoluments of Public Representatives Bill 2003.

            A MINISTER to move that the Punjab Revision of Emoluments of Public Representatives Bill 2003 be taken into consideration at once.

            A MINISTER to move that the Punjab Revision of Emoluments of Public Representatives Bill 2003 be passed.

3.   THE PUNJAB EDUCATION FOUNDATION BILL 2003 (Bill No.42 of 2003)

            RESUMPTION OF CLAUSE-BY-CLAUSE CONSIDERATION (from clause 6) of the Punjab Education Foundation Bill 2003, as recommended by Standing Committee on Education.

            A MINISTER to move that the Punjab Education Foundation Bill 2003 be passed.
