Mr Muhammad Saqlain Anwar Sipra son of Mr Muhammad Anwar Akhtar was born on August 14, 1977 at Jhang and graduated in 1997 from Government College, Lahore. An agriculturist, who remained Member, Provincial Assembly of the Punjab during 2002-07. He has returned to the Punjab Assembly for the second consecutive term in general elections 2008 and is functioning as Chairman, Standing Committee on Wildlife.
