| Mian Atta Muhammad Khan Maneka son of Mian Muhammad Khuda Yar Khan Maneka was born on October 10, 1945. He is a gold medalist in MA from Government College, Lahore (1966). An agriculturist, who acted as Chairman, Market Committee, Pakpattan during 1980-83; and as Chairman, District Council, Pakpattan during 1991-93. He remained Member, National Assembly during 1989-90. He has served as Member, Punjab Assembly during 1993-96 (functioned as Minister for Education) and during 2002-07. He has been elected as Member, Provincial Assembly of the Punjab in general elections 2008. He belongs to a well known political family and his various relations, including his father, have been serving both in National and Provincial Assemblies in various capacities. | |||||||||||||
