| Ch Javed Ahmad, Advocate son of Haji Ramzan Ali was born on November 1, 1955 at Pakpattan. He obtained the degree of M.A. in 1996 from University of the Punjab, Lahore and that of LL.B. in 1996 from Urdu Law College, Lahore. A practicing lawyer, an agriculturist and a social worker, who acted as Vice Chairman, District Council, Pakpattan during 1998-99; is a Member of District Bar Association Pakpattan; Board of Trustee of Educational Trust of Pakistan; and a Member of Education for All Forum Punjab. He served as Member, Provincial Assembly of the Punjab during 2002-07, and functioned as Chairman, Standing Committee on Law & Parliamentary Affairs. He has returned to the Punjab Assembly for the second consecutive term in general elections 2008 and is functioning as Chairman, Standing Committee on Education. He has visited UK and Saudi Arabia. | |||||||
