| Ch Ehsan-ul-Haq Ahsan Noulatia son of Chaudhry Bashir Ahmed Noulatia was born on January 1, 1972 at Salooni Jhal, Faisalabad. He obtained the degrees of MA (Pakistan Studies) in 1994 from Baha-ud-Din Zakariya University, Multan; MA (Philosophy) in 1996 and LL.B. in 1999 from University of the Punjab, Lahore. He has been serving as Member, Bar Assocation, Kot Addu since 1999 and is also a Member of Lahore High Court Bar Association (Multan Bench) since 2005. A practicing lawyer, who served as Member, Provincial Assembly of the Punjab in 2002-07 and has returned to the Punjab Assembly for the second consecutive term in general elections 2008. | |
