Mrs Faiza Ahmed Malik wife of Mr Masood Akhtar Shaheedi graduated in 1989 from Queen’s Mary College, Lahore. She served as Member, Provincial Assembly of the Punjab during 2002-07 and was a Member of Standing Committees on Industries and Colonies. She has returned for the second consecutive term to the Assembly in general elections 2008 against one of the seats reserved for women. Her mother, Begum Abida Malik was a Member of National Assembly during 1988-90 and her cousin, Mrs Memoona Nabeel served as Member of Punjab Assembly during 2002-07. She has visited Dubai, UK and India. She remained Parliamentary Secretary for Power & Development from 31January 2009 to 26 February 2011. |
