Sahibzadi Nargis Zafar wife of Mr Majid Mukhtar Ch was born at Muzafarabad. She obtained the degree of MA (Political Science) in 2006 from University of Azad Jammu & Kashmir. A social worker, who has been elected as Member, Provincial Assembly of the Punjab in general elections 2008 against one of the seats reserved for women. Her father, Sahibzada Ishaq Zafar is a seasoned politician who has served as Speaker, Azad Jammu & Kashmir Legislative Assembly during 1990, as President Azad Jammu & Kashmir during 1990-91, as Acting Prime Minister, Azad Jammu & Kashmir during 1996-97, as Vice President, District Rawalpindi in 2006, as Senior Minister in 2006 and as Leader of the Opposition, Azad Jammu & Kashmir Legislative Assembly during 2006.
