Mr Muhammad Naeem Anwer son of Mr Ghulam Rasool was born on May 6, 1957 at Bahawalnagar. He is a Matriculate. A businessman and an agriculturist, who served as Councillor, Tehsil Municipal Administration during 1995-98; as Naib Nazim, Union Council No.61 for two terms during 2002-05 and 2005- 09. He has been serving as Member, Bahawalpur Chamber of Commerce & Industry since 1997; as Member, District Price Control Committee; and as Member, District Aman Committee since 2008. He has been elected as Member, Provincial Assembly of the Punjab in general elections 2013.
