Mr Muhammad Ilyas Ansari son of Mr Muhammad Jamil was born on August 25, 1969 at Faisalabad and passed Matric in 1985. A businessman, who served as Councillor during 1998-99; as Naib Nazim, City Faisalabad during 2001-05 and has been elected as Member, Provincial Assembly of the Punjab in general elections 2013 and is functioning as Parliamentary Secretary for Social Welfare & Bait-ul-Maal. He has travelled to Saudi Arabia, USA and UK.
